Cancellation Policy: A credit card is required for all reservations.  A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged for missed appointments.  A 48 hour notice is required for packages, multiple services and groups.  There is a 50% charge for late cancellations, and a 100% charge for missed appointments.

Return Policy:  Unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase and a store credit will be issued.
